Today I’m shooting street photography with the Canon AE-1 and 4 rolls of Kodak Portra 400. It’s the first time I’m shooting Portra 400 and among people who do analog photography, it’s up there among the best film stocks.

My review of the Portra 400:
I think some of the photos came out a bit too orangy, but all in all, I was very happy with the rolls and I will for sure buy more Portra to test it out a bit more! If you compare Kodak Portra 400 Vs. Kodak Color plus 200, I also understand why film photographers would go for the cheaper option that is Kodak Color Plus; value for money wise, that might be the better option.

I hope you enjoy this street photography on film series in Mexico City.

All best,
Frederik Trovatten
